Update of CAT case

"Dear friends,

Today we have discussed the case with the Advocate for the argument purpose. However, as informed by the counsel, our case will not be heard tomorrow due the absence of the Judge. The case is likely to be posted after 18.01.2011 for final hearing. Any further updates will be given in due course.
