          Kindly refer to SR Section of Directorate letter No. 10/01/2016-SR dated 10^th March 2016 addressed to DDG (Estt) and copy endorsed to this Association by ADG (SR & Legal) where in a copy of this Association’s letter of even number dated 25/2/2016 was sent Establishment Division for taking necessary action in the matter and direct reply to this Association. But it is sorry to point out that after lapse of more than 10 months nothing is heard from Establishment Division of Directorate. The reminder issued by this Association on 15/10/2016 was also neither acknowledged nor replied.

          It is therefore earnestly requested to kindly look into the matter personally and present status of the issue may be intimated to this Association for the information to its members.
