Starting from 4th CPC and ending with present 7th CPC all have been urging of parity between Inspector of Posts and Inspector of CBDT, CBEC etc. But the treatment meted out by the Govt. after implementation of 6th CPC to Inspector of Posts cadre is horrendous which stands between the Parity. This staple should be removed after implementation of 7th CPC.
