An excellent piece of judgement wherein the anguish of the Hon'ble CAT over non-implementation of earlier judgement is aptly reflected. Let us hope that rule of law, and not the arbitrariness on the part of Ministry Finance (that too by a junior level officer) prevails in the country.

I suggest to put this judgement in the social media for creating a consciousness among the people who matter as there are many other things in the judgement besides the GP issue.
