The Odisha Government on Tuesday released a Meghdoot Postcard, in which 50% space on address side of the card is available for advertisement, to spread the message of Right to Education (RTE).
Releasing the Postcard, School and Mass Education Minister Shri Rabi Narayan Nanda said the card will go a long way in creating awareness about RTE.
