Under the provisions of the Articles 44 and 48 of the Constitution
of All India Association of Inspectors and Asst. Superintendents Posts, it is
hereby notified that the 38th Circle Conference of the Association
will be held on Sunday, the 15th January 2012 at 10.30 hrs in
Bhubaneswar at the following venue.
Venue: Conference Hall, Red Cross Society,
Sachivalaya Marg, Bhubaneswar 751001
The agenda for the conference
will be as under:
1.
Confirmation of the
proceedings of the last Circle Conference held on 24.01.2010.
2.
Approval of the Biennial
Report of the Circle Branch Association for the period from 23.01.201o to 13.01.2012.
3.
Approval of audited
accounts of the Circle Branch Association for the period from 23.01.2010 to 13,01,2012.
4. Organisational and Financial Review of the Circle Association
5. Subjects for discussion:
(a) Upgradation of GP of IPs
(b) Restructuring of cadre of IPs
(c) LDCE for PS Gr.B and Sr. Postmaster (Gazetted)
(d) Re-organisation of Sub-Divisions
(e) Revision of rates of honorarium for Invigilation duty
(f) Women and Youth participation in the activities of the Association
6.
Approval of draft
resolutions
7.
Election of
office-bearers of the Circle Branch Association for next biennial term.
8.
Any other item with
permission of the Chair
All members of the Association are requested to attend the said

Under the provisions the Articles 46 and 48 of the Constitution of
All India Association of Inspectors and Asst. Superintendents Posts, it is
hereby notified that a meeting of the pre-conference Circle Working
Committee of the Association will be held on Saturday, the 14th
January 2012 at 10.30 hrs in the Postal Recreation Club of Circle Office, Bhubaneswar.
The agenda for the meeting will be as under:
1. Confirmation of the proceedings of the last CWC held on 31.07.2011

Approval of the Biennial

Respected Mohanty Sir,
One thing is missing in your letter appeared in blog in r/o Circle conference or Banglore conference i.e. discussion of upgradation of GP of IPOs. Instead of this it will be better to write upgradation of GP of IPOs from 4200 to 4600/- wef 1.1.2006 as per the recommendation of 6th PC and CAT Ernakulam judgement. Some peoples are feeling shy to mention upgradation of GP for IPOs wef 1.1.2006.
