Under the provisions of the Constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Asst. Superintendents Posts, it is hereby notified that a meeting of the Circle Working Committee of the Association will be held on Sunday, the 21^st March 2010 at 10.30 hrs in the Recreation Club of Bhubaneswar GPO.

The agenda for the meeting are as under:

1. Confirmation of the proceedings of the last CWC
2. Ensuing 36^th All India Conference on 3-4 April 2010 in New Delhi- Raising of funds and Nomination of delegates from the Circle
3. Review of financial position of the Association, approval to the expenditure already made & to be made for activities of the Association
4. Subject matters for debate / discussion and decision of CWC thereon

1) Issues relating to ad hoc promotion to ASP and PS Gr.B cadres

2) Sixth Pay Commission anomaly

3) Constitution of separate Postmasters Grade by the Department

4) Provision of infrastructure to Sub Divisions.

5) Allotment of surplus qualified IP candidates.

6) P.S. Gr. B Examination

7) Re- organisation of Sub Divisions

8) Denial of promotion as AAO to IP/ASP qualified in JAO Exam

9) Provision of infrastructure to Sub Divisions

10) Any other subject with the approval of the chair

5. Organisational Review/ Membership Verification

6. Postal Inspector

7. Any other item with permission of the Chair

Sri S B Mahapatra, President, CHQ of the Association will be the special invitee to the CWC.

All office-bearers and CWC members of the Association are requested to attend the said meeting in time.
