Transfers & Postings in ASP cadre in HQ Region

Orders are expected anytime from now. The AD(Staff) is on training for 2 days on 16.04.08 and 17.04.2008 at Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. If he comes to office on 16.04.2008 evening , the orders could be released on 16.04.2008 evening, otherwise we may have to wait till 17.04.2008 evening or even 21.04.2008 to get the orders of transfers and postings.
