All members of our Association are requested to study the Sixth Pay Commission Report in depth and to point out disadvantages to our Cadres for reporting the same to the General Secretary to enable him to make representation to the Anomaly Committee.

In the revised pay scale, a TBOP person promoted to BCR cadre will be placed in equal status as an official promoted to IP cadre.This erodes the authority of an IP in controlling his sub-division as almost all the P.Os are manned by BCR people.This is clearly an anomaly requires immediate redressal-Dillip
the grade pay of old pay scales viz, 5000-8000,5500-9000 and 6500-10500 in the new pay scale is 4200.but it is revealed from the table 2.2.2 that almost all the old pay scales in the new pay structure contains different grade pay.so the grade pay of IPOs should be 4400/4500.this anomaly should also be redressed.
The Secretary Generals submissions to the DG{P} on the anomalies in the CPC report covers all our concerns.It should be vigorously persued to get the prposal accepted.
